Hi Debbie Love this card have the set of these folders and I cannot stop using them. There is a card you have on the gallery on crafters companion using the hanging bauble folder where they are just at the top of the folder design. Can you tell me what you used to get that effect. The whole card looks amazing but I don't know how you did it. Please help me solve the mystery.
