Fabulous Dresses

Oh my goodness, its been 5 days since last blogging, which doesn`t sound a lot, but feels like ages.
I have had the busiest week ever, & i`m still stressing with the work load, although i did craft all day yesterday & manage to get lot of my own craft orders done :).

Today i must get some samples done ..... you are going to love whats coming next from Crafters Companion :) :) :)

Well my baby boy (ok i know he is 21 .... but still my baby) is all settled in Mexico, had a long Skype session yesterday & all is going well, & his job is good, so i feel happy now lol

My card today is using the fab House of Zandra Fabulous Dresses...Love them, so gorgeous

Well this week has been a struggle, & today will be the hardest to get through :( 

On the road to Heathrow at 6.30 so have scheduled this blog.

Taking my son to the airport so he can start his new job....& new life in Mexico

Oh my, i am going to miss him so much, but i couldn`t be happier for him.

for what could be along time before another is managed

I did manage to get this card finished yesterday

which is quite sweet

I printed this image but it was pink & the lady who ordered 

the card wanted it orange, so i`ve used spectrum noir to 

colour over the pink

I cut the image using Spellbinders Grande Ovals die

The sentiment i cut using

The card i want to show you is made using the Father Christmas CDROM, i`ve made this fun shaped card, & loved making this one

The background is created with Embossalicious Flower Power

& inked with Tim Holtz

The quilling flowers re a great addition to the cdrom

& look really effective when cut & quilled.

There are some gorgeous backing papers on the cd...this is definitely one of my favourites

I have cut the topper using Die`sire Grace Frame Die

& mounted onto Core`dinations 

Die`sire Leaf 2 Die

There really is some gorgeous images, papers & embellishments on this CDRom

& who doesn`t love the Snowman :) 

There is a small border die in the Grace Frame Die, which i used to add the front borders

& added the pearl string from Marie Anne Designs

Party Paws

Hi everyone hope your all well & enjoying the weekend

mine has been a bit emotional...but in a good way

my son told me he got a job (he finished Uni this year)

.....The job is in Mexico 

OMG I have cried loads, not that i`m not pleased for him 

but for selfish reasons i will miss him so much

He will also miss his Graduation in October

& i was so looking forward to that...but hey ho

i`m so proud of him, & so pleased he has the job he wanted

He will be a PE Teacher & coach at an academy 

Being a mum can be bitter sweet sometimes

On to my card lol

i`m off to Ipswich for the day to see my God Daughter

so thought i`d get a blog in before i went :)

I have another sample to show you 

using the new Die`sire dies & Embossing folders

There will be a 4 day deal starting Monday

I loved doing this card

i used 3 different colour blue Core`dinations cardstock 

& embossed with the new 

Embossalicious Seasonal music 8x8 folder

Sanded lightly

The stamp is Die`sire Happy Holidays stamp

& i have cut using Grace frame

I made the outer by laying 3 different blue Core`dinations

& cutting with the larger Grace die

I layered on to rainbow mirri & white card

The Snowflakes are a new die`sire die & they are so gorgeous

You will just have to have them 

i have sprayed this large snowflake with

Spray & Sparkle silver

Hi everyone hope your all managing to get lots of crafting done

I`ve been busy with a wedding 

& have been frantically getting it all finished

The wedding is on the 31st August so will be able to post pics then

I made a few samples for Leann 

as she is on Create & Craft next week 

with the new 

Die`sire Christmas Dies & embossing folders...

They are fab & you will love them

This is made using the snowflakes die (largest snowflake)

& Embossaicious Star of wonder 8x8 folder

I used Tim Holtz Pumice stone distress ink 

& added gems & ribbon

The snowflake acetate is what Hunkydory made

for Crafters Companion Traditional Christmas 

Centura Pastel cardstock 

& Die`sire Sentimentals Happy Holiday stamps were used

Hi everyone hope your all happy and well, 

i`m so chilled & relaxed after my spa day with my mum yesterday, 

we had the best time, 

not only was it lovely being pampered but it was so lovely to get the day with my mum, 

for some quality mum & daughter time. 

I did have to come home & make a customer order, 

but i knew exactly what i was doing, so out came the Party paws cd

It really is one of my favourites at the mo

Hi everyone i want to say a BIG BIG BIG thank you to my new followers

Its so lovely seeing new crafty friends & i`ve been trying hard to get around to all your blogs, old & new

I`m off for the day to a spa with my mum, my kids treated me for my birthday to a deluxe pamper day...full body massage, facial, manicure, pedicure & lunch + full use of saunas & pool. So have a great day whatever you are up to, i``ll let you know tomorrow how it went xxx
