Sneak peek Vintage Floral

Morning all my lovely friends, followers & visitors, hope you`re all having a nice bank holiday weekend, i`m off to London today with hubby & my youngest, so excited, we are doing the open top 3 hour tour bus to see all the sights & are visiting Tower Bridge, & hopefully as many other things we can fit in. We`re then off to the O2 to watch my daughters favourite band `Little Mix (she is off the chart with her excitement lol) Then tomorrow we are cruising the Thames in a speedboat tour (very James Bond!) All very exciting.

What also exciting is the new 

Vintage floral collection from Crafters Companion, 

the launch is on Tuesday 27th May on Ideal world at 9pm, 

The new collection contains:

- One 6x6" paper pads

- Four 6x6" embossing folders (Blooming Wonderful, Flower Garden, Rose Plaid, Vintage Decor)

- Three 8x8" embossing folders (Decadent Rose, Floral Wonder, Vintage Words)

- Three A4 embossing folders (Hessian, Rose Swirl, Vintage Screen) 

- One PDF-based CD-ROM

- Six A6 Sentimentals rubber stamp sets (Vintage Floral Phrases, Vintage Floral Verses, Vintage Floral Greetins, Vintage Floral Sentiments)

- One A6 acrylic stamp set (Floral Sentiments)

I`ve tried something a little different with this card 

as i really wanted to show off the some of the gorgeous papers on the cd

so i made a blind, i`m sure for the really technical out there, 

a proper functioning blind could be made, but mine you have to push up yourself lol

The papers & the colours are so amazing, i just love them 

The embossalious folder i`ve used is the 8x8 Decadent Rose

which i`ve highlighted with gilding wax

The sentiment & flowers are also on the cd

This card is made using the Vintage Floral 6x6 paper pad

& Vintage Floral Embossing folders 

Rose Swirl A4 &

Blooming Wonderful 8x8

The gorgeous new Vintage Floral Sentimentals 

have been used for the sentiment, 

along with Die`sire Scalloped tags

The Die`sire Rose quilling die hs also been made using a paper 

from the paper pad

I love the fab postcards on this CD-Rom, 

there is so much you can do with them

Also on the CD-Rom are some fabulous Digi`s

especially for all you amazing colourists out there

I wanted to give a more muted background for this one 

so have debossed using Rose Swirl A4 folder

Die`sire Elegance stamping frame has been used 

for the digi & sentiment

The sentiment is from the Vintage Floral Sentimentals

The papers are from the CD-Rom & some Core`dinations

The perch is a border from the CD

I`ve used Spectrum Noir pens & pencils to colour the digi

Sneak peek at pick of the day

Hello everyone, i`m getting really excited about Crafters Companion pick of the day Tusday 27th on Ideal world at 9pm, it`s the new Vintage floral collection............& it`s AMAZING

I`ve been lucky enough to have a play & make some samples for the show, & wow am i impressed, the whole collection is fabulous

Vintage is not normally my 1st choice, but this collection makes it so easy that it is now my favourite, i love it so much, 

& i`m sure you will too

Todays card i want to show you is an easel draw card

I`ve used 2 embossing folders on this one

Rose Swirl A4 & Rose Plaid 6x6

I`ve embossed `embossing papers from the CD-Rom

& rubbed Pebeo gold gilding wax over the embossing

All the embellishments are from the CD

On the inside of drawer on the sides i have used 

gilding flakes to add some interest 

Such beautiful elements & colours, a fabulous collection

Vintage Floral Collection

Woohoo finally made it back to blog land, feels like ages since i`ve blogged, been so busy with some fabulous new launches, & prepping for an up-coming demo in June. I will be at Cutting edge crafts in Skegness on June 21st, so if you are near that way,

Crafters Companion have an amazing pick of the day on Tuesday 27th May the collection is packed full of goodies & i have some sneak peeks all this week, it`s the new Vintage Floral Collection & you are going to love the uber fantastic embossing folders & the fab new CD-Rom is to die for.........full of gorgeousness!! 

There is also a 6x6 paper pad full of beautiful papers.

This first card is a push up card, i`ve used the embossing papers on the cd along with one of the new folders....Vintage Screen A4 folder

All the elements are from the new cd & the papers fit perfect with the folders, just remember to set your printer to `actual size` when printing the embossing papers

Busy Ole Me !!!

Hi everyone, can`t believe its been over a week since i`ve blogged.....I`m so bad

I had my break away with the family for the Easter weekend, & it was amazing, had the best time.

I have so many projects going on at the moment with Crafters Companion, it`s a very exciting time,

in fact i`m so busy, i have now stopped all my card/craft orders & came off all the challenge blog DT`s i was on. I`m really sad to be leaving them all & all the amazing talented crafters i`ve had the privilege to work along side, but i have new challenges ahead & i can`t wait. Crafters Companion have the most amazing goodies coming to you this year, i just know you`re going to love them.

Unfortunately i won`t be blogging as much as i did before, except when CC have a new launch

& i will do my very best to visit you all as often as i can

These are a couple of cards i made for the wedding i did recently from the mum, 

one just for her Daughter & one to her Daughter & Son in law

The one for her Daughter was made using Die`sire create a card `Romance 

The main wedding card i created using the Ultimate Pro

 Embossalicious Dottie & centura pearl

I printed the verse & image onto watercoloured card 

& used distress ink `spun sugar around the edges

I made the box using the Ultimate Pro

Such a lovely wedding verse

A Fairytale ending

Morning everyone i have the final bit of the wedding stuff i made.

Thought i`d show you this gorgeous pic of the Bride & Groom with their bridesmaids

They had a sweet shop & asked me to design a sign,

Kelly wanted me to include the names of their children :)
