My brother absolutely hates clowns
so this image of a clown executioner
was so perfect lol

I`m loving Spellbinders Cogs die at the moment

Pretty In Lilac

Hi everyone hope you are all well & happy, I`ve had a busy couple of days so thought i`d better make some time to do some blogging:) This is a  card i made today using Kanban`s Lavender Rose kit, it really is an amazing kit, such subtle colours & is perfectly teamed with rainbow mirri
(one of my fave products at the moment)
I have used Spellbinders Timeless Elegant to frame the topper & the butterfly is from Spellbinders Les Papilion Two.
I embossed some mauve bazzill card using Cuttlebug Christmas embossing folder & sanded it down to add some definition

2 Shades of blue

Hi all you crafty peeps hope your all well & getting lots of crafting done. This is an image from Sherri Baldy & i couldn`t wait to colour her in. My daughters favourite colour is blue & she wanted me to make her a jewellery box to keep all her earrings in, so i decided to combine a
4 drawer box with an easel card, & blue was perfect for the challenge over at Sherri Baldy.....2 shades of blue. http://bestieschallenge.blogspot.co.uk/2013/02/challenge-6-two-shades-of-blue.html

I used my spellbinders dies to cut out the image & made a frame from rainbow mirri
The butterfly backing card is from Hunkydory
butterfly sorbet

 I coloured her in using
promarkers

Lots of gorgeous glitter
added using a quickie gluepen
Looks fab around her glasses

I made a topper using the scrapbook factory

I used spellies Butterfly
dies & Cheery Lyn flourish die

& added some ribbon & mulberry roses

& the end 4 drawer box card was finished
My daughter loved it
& i have to say.....
I was rather pleased myself :)

This 1st card i wanted to show you i tried something a little different...I folded the front of the card forward & it worked really well :)

The pink floral backing card is Kanban & i have used a Forever Friends topper

The flowers i made with the tonic pairs punches
Think i still need to practice with them

The 3rd card i want to show you is for a friend who`s daughter does street dancing, so she wanted a card on that theme, i googled & found these great images

Delicious Doodles DT Call

DD DT <------ This makes me very happy :)

I`m so excited to be making this post,
it`s about me & showing 3 pieces of my work. !!
(& its so hard to pick) lol

Its all about Delicious Doodles

They are doing a call for new DT members
& after being lucky enough to receive one
of their images to work with for a dt project,
i was so excited to apply
Please take a moment to have a look
they have amazing images & such a huge range

My 1st piece of work i want to show
is a memory box (i have made quite a few now)
but i loved the colours in this one
& the papers are just gorgeous

My Cricut Gypsy was used to design & weld the words together

Various cricut carts were used for each side of the box

My 2nd piece of work is a card...
The topper & papers are from Kanban
Bella Italiano kit

3rd & final project is a wedding card,
but done on a larger scale.
The wedding theme colour was navy & white
so i based the card on these colours

The wedding was abroad & the reception was held
when they came home, so it was lovely
to be able to use their wedding photos in the card.

I have been crafting for about 10 years & it has
become part of my everyday life & my absolute
passion. I will be keeping everything crossed to
become part of the delicious doodles
design team & hope you all enjoy looking
around my blog.
I will definitely be getting lots of delicious
doodle designs in the future :)
Lots of crafty love & good luck to all who are
hoping to be part of the DT xxxxxx

Spring is coming

Hope your all enjoying the start of the weekend. i know lots of you have snow but here in Norfolk the sun is out...not sure for how long as forecast is rain.
Won`t be posting tomorrow as i`m going to the Sincerely Yours craft show, i love craft shows & i sooooooo need to stock up on some essentials. Hope whatever your doing this weekend makes it a good one.

I wanted to share with you a card i made with the free Sherri Baldy digi, i`m only a beginner at colouring in, but was pleased with how she came out. She reminds me of my GodDaughter so i thought i`d turn it into a card for her.

I used a leaf background paper from LOTV & the rest of the papers from my stash. Spellbinders Labels twenty-nine were used to create the ladder effect for Daisy`s name, & i added some flowers i made, some leaf & flourish dies & finished with a green & white chiffon bow...Hope you llike her as much as me xxxxx
